Judgment Is Subjective: What one person may criticize, another might admire. Your actions, appearance, or ideas won’t please everyone, and that’s okay. Embracing your uniqueness allows you to connect with those who truly resonate with you.

Growth Comes From Being Authentic: When you stop fearing judgment, you start living more authentically. The more genuine you are, the more confidence you build, and ultimately, that authenticity attracts the right people and opportunities into your life.

Many times a person is confused about how to deal with people if they harm him.

I am one of you. I was subjected to abuse by people, and I was behaving very emotionally, like quickly flammable gasoline. I found myself wrong. Over time, I discovered that it is a great blessing to know how to choose “silence” as an important option in your response to some situations.

Not all people's actions deserve to be confronted with a response, especially when their lack of taste, disappointment, and mistakes are crystal clear.

The idea is that even if you speak the truth, and what is correct and over which there is no dispute, you cannot guarantee the mind of the person with whom you will enter into a discussion, and whether he will understand what you are saying..

Why do we sometimes choose silence?

One of the writers says: There are those who remain silent so as not to hurt others.

Many times not responding is the best response.
