Beware of relationships with people without emotional intelligence.\r\nThey will never understand you, they will personalize everything and you will never be seen or heard.\r\nBeware of relationships with people who cannot regulate their emotions, you will always be at the mercy of their anger and bad mood.\r\nBeware of relationships with people without self-awareness, they have no idea how their behavior affects the people around them so it is only a matter of time before they get hurt.\r\nBeware of relationships with people without empathy, they will never see or care how you feel. If no one ever told you, I am telling you now.\r\nLook for people in your life with emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, and the ability to regulate their emotions, otherwise you will be at the mercy of their dysfunction and pay the price for their immaturity and lack of growth.
