Lost Soul
In a fiery place filled with endless flames and shadows, there was a lost soul named Leia. She had no memory of how she got there. All she knew was that she had been wandering through the burning lands for what felt like forever. Every step she took, the fire rose around her, but it never burned her. It only reminded her that she was trapped.
\"Is this my fate?\" Leia often asked herself. \"To walk these lands forever?\"
There were others in this place—souls who had lost all hope. They sat in silence, their eyes empty, their spirits broken. Leia watched them, feeling something deep inside her. A feeling she couldn’t understand.
One day, as she wandered, she noticed something strange. A faint glow in the distance. It was different from the fire. It was softer, almost like moonlight.
\"What is that?\" Leia whispered.
Curious, she followed the glow. It led her to a small, hidden passage between two giant rocks. The air around it felt different, lighter. She stepped closer, and suddenly, she was pulled in.
Everything around her changed. The flames disappeared, and the air became cool. When Leia opened her eyes, she found herself in the human world.
She looked down at her hands. They were no longer ghostly or shadowed. She had a body, warm and real. She was alive.
\"I… I’m human,\" she gasped.
Leia looked around. She was in a busy city, filled with people walking, laughing, and talking. The sky was blue, and the sun shined brightly. It was nothing like the dark place she had come from.
At first, she didn’t know what to do. But then, she saw something that caught her attention. A young boy sat on the sidewalk, shivering. His clothes were torn, and he looked hungry.
Leia knelt beside him. \"Are you okay?\"
The boy looked up at her with tired eyes. \"I\'m hungry,\" he whispered.
Leia’s heart ached. Without thinking, she reached into her pocket, and to her surprise, she found money. Enough to buy food.
\"Wait here,\" she said and rushed into a small bakery nearby. She bought some bread and a bottle of water, then hurried back to the boy.
\"Here,\" she said, handing him the food.
The boy’s eyes lit up. \"Thank you!\" He ate quickly, his small hands shaking.
Leia smiled. For the first time in forever, she felt something warm inside her. A feeling of happiness.
After that day, Leia made it her mission to help as many people as she could. Every month, she found a way to return to the human world, always taking on a human form. She helped the poor, the sick, and the lonely. She gave food to the hungry, comforted those who were sad, and shared kindness wherever she went.
Unbeknownst to Leia, her actions did not go unnoticed. In the heavens above, angels watched her. They saw her kindness, her selfless heart, and the way she brought light into the world despite where she had come from.
One day, an angel named Seraph turned to his companions. \"Look at her,\" he said. \"A soul from hell, yet she spreads kindness like no other.\"
Another angel, Celeste, nodded. \"She does more good than many who were born in the light.\"
The angels knew they had to do something. They decided to speak to the divine and ask for Leia’s fate to change.
Meanwhile, Leia continued her journey. She had no idea that her life was about to change forever.
One evening, as she was preparing to return to the fiery depths, something strange happened. She was walking down a quiet street when a bright light appeared before her. It was unlike anything she had ever seen. It wasn’t like fire. It was soft, pure, and peaceful.
From the light, two figures appeared. They had wings as white as snow and eyes filled with kindness.
Leia stepped back. \"Who… who are you?\"
\"We are angels,\" Seraph said with a gentle smile. \"We have been watching you, Leia.\"
Leia’s heart pounded. \"Watching me? Why?\"
Celeste took a step closer. \"You have done many good things, even when you didn’t have to. You could have lived only for yourself, but instead, you chose to help others. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed.\"
Leia didn’t know what to say. She had never expected anything in return for her deeds.
Seraph spoke again. \"Leia, you do not belong in the flames anymore.\"
Leia’s eyes widened. \"What do you mean?\"
\"You have earned a place in heaven,\" Celeste said softly. \"You are free.\"
Leia’s breath caught in her throat. \"Heaven? But I am from hell. I don’t deserve—\"
\"You do,\" Seraph interrupted. \"Your actions show who you truly are. A soul is not defined by where it comes from, but by what it chooses to be.\"
Tears filled Leia’s eyes. She had never felt worthy of anything beyond the dark place she had come from. She had accepted her fate long ago. But now, for the first time, she saw a different path before her.
\"Will you come with us?\" Celeste asked.
Leia hesitated for only a moment. Then, she nodded. \"Yes.\"
As soon as the words left her lips, the light surrounded her. A warmth unlike anything she had ever known wrapped around her, lifting her from the ground. She felt lighter, as if all the weight she had carried for so long was finally gone.
When the light faded, she found herself in a place more beautiful than anything she had ever seen. The sky was golden, the air was filled with music, and there was a sense of peace that wrapped around her like a warm embrace.
Leia turned to the angels. \"Is this… heaven?\"
Seraph smiled. \"Yes. Welcome home, Leia.\"
Tears rolled down Leia’s cheeks. For the first time, she truly felt at peace. No more fire. No more darkness. Only light, love, and freedom.
From that day on, Leia continued to help others, but now, she did so from heaven. With the angels by her side, she brought hope not just to the human world, but to all souls in need. Her story became a legend, proving that no matter where someone comes from, kindness and love can lead them to a better place.
And so, Leia, the lost soul, was lost no more. She had finally found her home.
