1️⃣ Don’t argue!

❌ You can’t win the other person through arguments, so the best thing is to avoid it.

2️⃣ Show respect for another's opinion.

📍 Never say to their face, "You're wrong". Even if you don’t agree with them.

3️⃣ If you are wrong, admit it!

❗️ When you know that you have done something wrong, admitting it will save you time and help avoid unnecessary quarrels.

4️⃣ Begin in a friendly way

🤓 When advising others, first mention a few of their good qualities.

5️⃣ Let the other person feel that the idea is theirs

👉 No one likes to feel they're being sold something or told to do a thing.

6️⃣ Dramatize your ideas

🤠 The movies do it. Tv does it. Why don’t you do it? Make the task seem more entertaining and interesting.

In 1869, after years of studying chemical elements, Russian scientist Dmitri Mendeleev had a remarkable dream that changed chemistry forever. He envisioned a table arranging all known elements by their properties and atomic weights - what we now know as the periodic table.

Not only did his table organize existing elements, but it accurately predicted several that hadn't been discovered yet. When scandium and tellurium were found years later, they matched Mendeleev's predictions perfectly.

Before Mendeleev's breakthrough, chemistry was chaotic, with no clear system for understanding how elements related to each other. His periodic table brought order to this chaos, revealing the hidden patterns in nature's building blocks. This dream-inspired insight remains fundamental to modern chemistry
