In order to find safety and comfort in your life, stay away from everything that burdens your heart and soul.

Stay away from pointless discussions.

Stay away from anyone who doubts you, belittles you, or tries to dampen your morale.

Listen to what is said and be the last one to speak, and speak less, for the best words are those that are small and gentle.

Limit your relationships with others except with those who deserve it. Excessive openness sometimes has its negatives.

Do not give an opinion on a matter that has already been decided.

Be calm, steady and thoughtful, even with your opponents.

Accompany books, they are the best companions..

Remember that social media sites exist to give you information and news and not a basic lifestyle, so use them to spread goodness only.

Increase your prayers and be with your Lord, whether you are at home or in your room.

If you do not find safety and comfort in your life, create it for yourself and change it for the better.

God does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.
