Epi #2 Auspicious love
Maria tried to shake off the lingering fear, telling herself it was just a dream. She took deep breaths, attempting to calm her racing heart. As she looked around her darkened room, the moonlight streaming through the window cast eerie shadows on the walls, making her jump. She quickly turned on the light, banishing the darkness.
Still shaken, Maria decided to get a glass of water from the kitchen. As she walked, her mind replayed the terrifying dream. Those piercing golden eyes haunted her. She tried to push the thoughts away, focusing on the cool water that awaited her.
Upon entering the kitchen, Maria noticed something odd - the back door was slightly ajar. She could have sworn she closed it before bed. A shiver ran down her spine as she wondered if she had forgotten or if someone had opened it. Suddenly, the memory of the dream felt all too real.
With a surge of adrenaline, Maria cautiously approached the door and pushed it open, calling out into the night: \"Hello? Is anyone there?\" The only response was the crickets\' chirping. She stepped back, her heart pounding, and locked the door, wondering if her nightmare was more than just a dream.
As she turned to head back to her room, she noticed a piece of paper on the kitchen counter that hadn\'t been there before. It had her name on it - \"Maria.\" Her hands trembled as she picked it up, unfolding it to read the message: \"I\'ve been searching for you.\"
Maria\'s scream was stifled as her voice caught in her throat, her eyes fixed on the words, her mind racing with the memory of the golden eyes from her dream.
