Simthandile swallowed as she opened the door about to get back inside the car. Unabantu grabbed her arm startling her. She blinked looking at him as her heart pounded so much.

Him: you don\'t get to run away from me after disappearing with my children for 2 whole fxcken years.

Simthandile opened her mouth to speak but Una grabbed her throat angrily while pressing her on her car closing her pipes.

Him: You are full of shxt Simthandile where do you get the nerve to think that you can disrespect me like that Simthandile.

Her heart pounded so much as he pinned her against the car while strangling her with his huge hand. Her eyes popped as she tried to kick his from but her legs were too heavy to even reach between his legs. Veins popped from the sides of his head as he pressed hard while tears filled her eyes.

Him: you take my children and go to wherever you were without informing me. Where do you get the gut to disrespect me like that Simthandile huh?

Her body weakened in his hands as he looked at her with nothing but range. Meanwhile Wanda opened the window and peeped with a smile but it immediately disappeared as he saw a man strangling his mother .

Wanda: mama?

Unabantu quickly let go of her as he turned looking at Wanda who was watching in horror as he choked his mother. He swallowed looking at Simthandile who was now coughing with her hand on her throat as his heart pounded.

Him:*forced a smile* Wanda boy?

Wanda quickly jumped back in the car as his heart pounded. Meanwhile Simthandile tearfully rubbed her aching throat as Unabantu sighed looking at her.

Him: now you see what you made me do. *Swallowed* Wanda is probably scared of me now because he saw me choking his mother *emotions overwhelmed him as he bit his lower lip. He voice shook* how can you be so evil Simthandile huh? I loved you so much I was ready to do anything for you but you failed to do one thing for me which is loving me back...*swallowed* I... I....

Simthandile tearfully looked at him as he rubbed his own eyes and swallowed walking back to his car before driving off. She sighed getting up and got back inside the car as Wanda swallowed looking at his mother.

Wanda: mama are you okay? We need to call dad that man almost killed you *tears filled his eyes* I want to go back home I don\'t want to be in this place anymore.

Simthandile swallowed looking at her son cry as she secretly wiped away her own tears and sighed.

Her:*voice shook* I will call dad please don\'t cry my love you\'re going to make princess cry too.

She gave him a lollipop as he took it and wiped off his tears with his little hands.

Meanwhile at the hospital, Ayakha swallowed with the phone in her ear as Unabantu\'s phone rang unanswered. She tapped on Nathi\'s number and luckily he picked immediately.

Him: hello?

Her:*sighed* Uhm, sorry for disturbing you I\'m looking for Unabantu is he with you?

Nathi: I haven\'t seen him today where did he say he was going?

Her:*sighed in disappointment* I\'m at the hospital. We just lost our child and he was supposed to get me 2 hours agou.

There was a pause as Nathi sighed.

Him: which hospital are you at I\'ll come and get you. I\'m sorry for your loss.

She swallowed trying so hard not to cry as tears welled up.

Her:*swallowed* I\'m at Makhiwane but it\'s fine you don\'t have to come I\'m sure is on his way.

Him:*sighed* I\'m coming in 20 minutes I\'ll be there please get ready.

Her: okay thank you.

She sighed hanging up as she tried una again but his phone rang unanswered. She swallowed a painful lump while blinking away the tears on her eyes. As much as she tried to tell herself that this wasn\'t something new so it was okay. Tears still seemed to find their way out of her eyes making it hard for her to stray strong.

At a nearby bar, Unabantu burped opening his 5th beer as he kept his head down with red eyes. His phone rang for the umpteenth time but he just looked at it and sighed ignoring it.

A girl in a short revealing dress walked over and flashed a smile at him

Her: hey handsome.

He sighed facing the other way. Usually he would be excited to see a beautiful girl like her and even get tempted to sleep with her. But today wasn\'t one of those days. In fact he wasn\'t even interested. All he could think of was Sim and his children. The fear in Wanda\'s eyes made him swallow hard as he gulped the beer and released a loud burp before drinking the contents of it.

The girl looked at him and sighed giving up as she walked away. Meanwhile his phone rang. He looked at Nathi calling and sighed ignoring him. Ayakha had probably called him and reported him to Nathi hence why he was calling none stop.

Meanwhile, at Simthandile\'s place, later that day. She stood infront of the mirror while looking at the mark on her throat and sighed walking back to the bedroom where she took a sit and sighed. Her phone rang and it was Nathi. She picked.

Her: hello?

Him:*sighed* hey sis I forgot to check up on you. Are you settled did you find a place to stay?

Her: yrs thanks

Him:*smiled* it\'s okay sis I\'ll come and check on you Tommorow.

Her:*smiled* thanks.

The spoke for a while before handing yo as she lied on her side trying to get sleep but it was so difficult that she ended up sitting on her but and fell asleep while sitted ....
